Excellent stay. Accommodation almost in the center, yet quiet. We had a room with a spacious bathroom with a terrace. Coffee maker, kettle, coffee, and tea always available. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Excellent, varied breakfasts. Pizzomuno beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We especially highlight the extraordinary willingness and warmth of the owners. Communicative, friendly, always willing to advise and help even in non-standard situations. Almost like a family atmosphere. No complaints.

Free parking place in front of the building in quiet street. Very nice view from the balcony. Apartment is well equipped. Staff is very friedly, and always very helpful. Manfredionia is very nice and peaceful city. Near San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo. A lot of nice cafeteria and restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Italian breakfast is served in cafeteria, with very nice staff. Cafeteria is near apartment. I do recommend this place.

There is also a minibar where you can get some beverages/coffee and snacks for free during your stay. Breakfast is basic (croissant and coffee but you can get it on a nice bar beside the lake).
