The owner was such a sweet man who made sure we had everything we needed. The room was huge with a kitchen area, table and chairs, and well appointed bed and bathroom. The area is close to some restaurants and shopping as well. It was a quick stay but we felt at home!

I had an excellent stay at Zenith service apartment in Powai. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to Hiranandani, SEEPZ, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was professional and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The building is safe and well-maintained, and the apartment had all necessary amenities including a kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Great value for money in a prime location. Highly recommended for both work trips and leisure stays!

The House is beautiful and well maintained including the sanitary and appliances in good condition. Location is too notch as you get everything 24x7 just below the building. It's definitely Worth staying!

It was really very very comfortable. Entire villa is as per the pictures shown on internet. Neat, clean, spacious rooms in beautiful mango wadi. Homemade Food is really awesome and tasty and also very competitive rates. We tried fish thali, chicken thali, fish fry, prawns fry, tisrya.. each dish is very tasty. Service is also very good. One thing to mention, since this homestay started in December they still doing lot of improvements. E.g TV, refrigerator is not there but it is mentioned in booking.com. very soon they are going to add it. I could say this is one of the best homestay in Ratnagiri with affordable rates. Very near to main city. We will definitely visit again and again.

The house seems to be private with a lot of rooms. The owner also lives there with tree very sweet cats. WHen I came it looks I was a bit unexpected, but it is a friendly neighborhood and suddenly all people start to help and in just ten minutes everything was arranged and I was in the room. There where two rooms at the second floor and I could choose. One is on the street site and the backside was a room with view on the hills. It is a lovely city with an important temple (on a hill with great view) and also the holy city Morgaon is closeby. At the end of my stay I had a problem with cash, and the owner and his family where very kind and took a lot of time to help me out.
