Bathroom was clean and spacious. AC was working properly. Mosquito repellent was provided. Towels were provided for all people. Hot water shower and bucket is there. Peaceful surroundings walking distance to south point marina. Owner is very soft spoken and always willing to help. Breakfast was arranged early as we requested because we had to take morning flight.

We had a very nice sea view room in the third floor, which I can highly recommend. It also has a large balcony, where we were having our breakfasts etc. The room was very clean. The manager, Mr. Rehaan, was extremely helpful with various queries. Thanks to him, we had a very good time.
