There is nothing to do expect going on kayak trips on the river and chilling out by the bar or the hammocks - it is perfect! If you want to rest, this is the place. The dorms were neat - very spacious, protected from bugs and not too hot. I stayed alone in the bed upstairs for the three nights I was there and it was just like having a private room - a crazy cool private room. The staff was really friendly and the food was nice.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Julio’s cabana was newly built and very spacious. He just finished the new porch overhang the day before my arrival! I really liked the rustic feel of the home, and how private it was. I was the only one on the property during my stay. I stayed in the private room, but took a look upstairs at the loft. There are multiple beds in an open floor layout, with mosquito netting to ensure a comfortable sleep. There are kayaks available for a small extra fee, making getting around on the river very easy - especially if you have friends nearby, would like to visit the thermal waters, or grab dinner at Restaurante Viajero. Julio also has a well stocked kitchen if you will be doing your own cooking, as well as an EcoFilter water purifier. Loved my stay! Thank you Julio and your family for making me feel welcome.
