The village is not on the sea. Excellent location for us, we have a car. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The parking is opposite the hotel in the olive grove. There is also a cafe/restaurant on site, very inviting to sit there. This lovely couple serves the excellent breakfast in the restaurant. The pool is great, the place is simply beautiful. We loved the room overlooking the stunning pool. We had a great vacation and we will be back again

It had a little charming balcony with beautiful flowers, we loved to sit there. Very nice and helpful owners. Great location. We would definitely come back.

The owner is very kind, informative and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, each with a private balcony, and all the staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a lot of information available about the local area, including maps and walking routes. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

The hotel very good located some minutes walk and you're in harbor with plenty of restaurants and foods around. I was in room A2 which had a backyard so no terrasse or sea view but I was happy with that as it was totally calm and convenient for me. There's plenty of spots to park the car in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating as well.

We stayed at the Il mare suite. The suite was spacious, very nice decorated and very clean. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach and the center of Matala. The owner very friendly and polite. We would come again!
