Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Florence the host was there when I arrived and showed me around nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Their onsite bar and restaurant was warm and welcoming. The owner even put the AFL (Australian Rules Football) on the screen the following morning after breakfast. The surrounding area was picturesque and full of history. This was an impromptu trip after visiting the surrounds which was connected to family history, and we got far more than we bargained for with this hotel and Llantrisant in general.

She made us excellent coffee each morning, as well as she prepared us great breakfasts and talked with us about many things. The guest house was in a great location and we were able to walk to the city centre and Cardiff Bay. It was a very well decorated space with lots of light and space and it was extremely clean.

Really liked the aesthetic of the hotel. It has a nice vibe. And the location was central and not far from a long stay carpark. The tea and coffee with complimentary Welsh Tea Cakes was a nice touch.

Truly wonderful place and people ❤️. Excellent location for hiking and a lovely scenic drive to Snowdon. Loved the little town too, pubs and restaurants are 5min walk, great atmosphere everywhere we went. All dog friendly too.

Sheena, Gary, the boys (S&T), and Enlii (the sweetest pup ever) were all lovely and very caring. I was injured the night before my big race in Snowdonia, and Sheena/Gary helped me a bunch to make things more comfortable. The location of the cottage is well within walking distance of Llanberis... The walk along the bike path is a beautiful shaded stroll along the lake. Sheena 's gardens are impressive as well. And if the boys offer to take you to the secret swimming hole, be sure to wear Wellies, not white knit sneakers--they won't be white very long. The walk is more than 5 mins down the path 😉
