This is such a little gem! We stayed in Room 5. Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Beautiful both inside and out. Mark was also an absolutely wonderful host! Very communicative and extremely accommodating to our late check-in. The breakfast was also superb! I cannot recommend enough. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely little Guest House in a great location on Ocean Road. The hosts Lorraine and Andrew were really welcoming and very helpful. From the impeccable cleanliness, friendly owner to the array of little touches, e.g. Fridge in the room, extension lead both sides of the bed to ensure enough sockets, cold water carafe to a mini box of chocolates. Shampoo and body wash provided as well as a kettle with tea and coffee. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood has LOTS of restaurants including a fab award winning fish and chip restaurant over the road (Coleman's) In addition, it's 5 minutes from the sea front and a lovely park. Last but not least, the metro is 8 mins walk away and a bus into Sunderland is literally 1 minute away. For bargain hunters with a car, there is a Barbour factory shop with great reductions 10 minutes away.
