The breakfast area was clean and nice too with, food was good and fresh as well. Very good location and only a few minutes walk to town where there are many shops and cafes :) The staff were also very helpful in recommending restaurants to try and beautiful sightseeing spots!

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. super clean, modern and well organised flat, very friendly staff, helpful with all wishes and challenges, beautiful location in the middle of the town, but still quiet and cosy, very comfortable, also parking just directly at the apartments window

Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in our boutique style bedrooms, which feature bathrooms with large walk-in showers, heated mirrors and towel rails. They are finished with the highest quality oak and leather. Everything was just perfect, very confortable beds, great shower and good brakefast, this was our best B&B in all of Scotland.

The location is really good as well : close from the main road, but no noise. The breakfast was very good : we had the possibility to choose between different salt dishes

Property is very clean and comfortable with a perfect blend of interaction and privacy. I spent my evenings imaging myself Elizabeth Bennett reading by the drawing room fire or snugged up in the window seat writing in a journal. Very peaceful. A calm in the storm of travel. I would consider Heathpark House a destination accommodation and well worth a visit to Perthshire.

A perfect location just a short walk from nice shops, restaurants, and other areas of interest. Kerry was a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. My room was immaculate and quite comfortable. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast both mornings. Wish I had taken the time to sit out back with a drink and enjoy the views.
