We stayed in the garden room, and it was delightful! Large, well appointed and comfortable, with our own access to a shared garden. The hosts attention to detail was very apparent, and the room reflected this. Very centrally located, and a brisk walk to the royal mile. The apartment was cozy and well furnished, perfect size for two people. The staff were also lovely, and there were even basic breakfast items and coffee and tea provided in the room. It's a nice 20 minute walk to the city center, or you can take a bus which is there in about 10 minutes, amazing location.

What's not to like!! Steve and Heather are the most delightful hosts and they go above and beyond what you would normally expect for an overnight stay. There was great and prompt communication; a warm and friendly welcome; a very clean and comfortable room complete with a selection of teas, coffee and snacks; and the breakfast was an amazing and delicious feast. The property is in a very good location with public transport less than a ten minute walk away, or street parking is readily available. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the south east of Scotland.
