Very varied, plentiful breakfast, charming, stylish dining room and tableware. It was great that we could choose from several dishes, so there was no waste. The area is magical! It is a historic village with a medieval atmosphere, but fortunately the accommodation is in an easily accessible location, even with a rented car.

The room is exactly as pictured and it was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was superb. You have options like fresh fruit bowls, yogurt with honey, warm croissants, homemade granola and more. The Studio has access to a beautiful private garden with a view of Falkland Castle. You can also see the Castle through the Studio's expansive skylight windows. It was a perfect place to spend time while we enjoyed the beautiful, quaint town of Falkland. Highly recommend a stay here. It was perfection. For activities, there is a woodland walk with waterfalls (Maspie Den Trails), two Hills to climb (East and West Lomond Hill Trailheads) and Falkland Castle and Gardens. There are several lovely little cafes for lunch and a pub across the street for dinner. There are also several little stores to meander through.
