They are perfectly set up for guests with the ground level of their home totally private with a separate entrance. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived, enjoying a cup of tea and biscuits upstairs in the garden. The breakfast was delicious, comfortable bed and immaculately clean facilities. Sue allowed us to use her washing machine, which was really appreciated on a long trip. The b&b is a short walk to the village and handy to the Lost Gardens of Heligon, Fowey etc by car. By the end of our stay, we felt like we were staying with friends.

I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

We will definitely come back when visiting Cornwall again!

I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decored the rooms were. Me and my partner would recommend this place to anyone. I found the rooms slightly smaller than most places but the cleanliness/decor and kitchenette certainly made up for it.
