Breakfast in the garden, lovingly prepared and served by the family, was absolutely delicious. The pool was at our full disposal, perfectly maintained and peaceful. And the garden… pure magic! With the most beautiful façade, the most colorful flowers, and an atmosphere filled with tranquility and harmony. We will definitely come back again, because this place is one of the most beautiful and unforgettable ones we’ve ever stayed at. ❤️

Owner is a very friendly person, who is doing everything with love. Amazing French breakfast with cheese and jam. Comfortable beds that make you rest.

Even though my check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, she kindly allowed me to check in early. The room was spotless and prepared with cold drinks and snacks — such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. Annie also generously offered to wash my clothes for free and even gave me a snack for my trip to the next city. She truly is the heart of Nice. I’m very grateful for her kindness and hospitality — I hope to see you again, Annie!
