The breakfast was very good and was clearly prepared by the hosts themselves. Room 1, is not the biggest room (like the hotel owner told us), but it has a nice view on the Fiscal valley and surrounding mountains. (Looking at the sunrise from out of bed is a perfect moment to start the day) Small note to show the kindness of the hotel owners: when we brought back an unfinished bottle of wine to our hotel room, we could find the next day two glasses, because the hosts assumed it would be better to drink it from actual wine glasses, instead of plastic cups. And they were right :) The small village of Fiscal is very quiet and most convenient to access the Parque Natural de Ordessa and Monteperdido. Fiscal is on a 30' drive to the valley access.

It’s so beautifully decorated inside and very, very clean. The beds were very comfortable and of course it’s very tranquil with only the noise from the geese in the pond in front. The owner is super nice and helpful. He has 3 Spanish Mastín dogs that a huge, but super sweet. It’s about a 15 minute drive into Huesca. We loved our stay in this historic castle.

The family running it are also so lovely and friendly. The terrace is also so amazing. We had a shared bathroom, but were the only ones, so it was perfect. Highly recommend staying here! It was stunning.

We arrived off season and it was very quite, very tranquil. The owner is super sweet and an amazing cook! So please dont hesitate and try the Menu (speaking as Vegetarians) the Aubergine was so incredible tasty! Enjoy the garden infront of the House with a Glas of Wine and this fairytale landscape. The House is 500 Years old, rustic and traditional.. exactly what we were looking for. Very cosy, clean and my heart almost burst after opening the window it in the morning.. this view and this fresh air! The Location of the House in this tiny village very close to this craaazy viewpoint.. is just perfect. One of the best experiences ever! Thank you so so much.. we hope to be back one day ♡
