Mostafa is a true gentleman , always polite and with welcoming smile he is looking after his guests providing free water all the time and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and safe.He can organize drivers with car to bring you anywhere you want with good prices . He let me stay in another room for free after checking out hours before my flight so I was able to rest and prepare for my journey.Highly recommended place to stay.

We loved this property. It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and went above and beyond, even allowing us a late check-out. The service was excellent, the view was stunning, the suite was spacious, and everything was spotless. We took a Careem taxi to get to the Pyramids and it is closeby.
