The setting is exceptional - there is no better place to hear and see the full spectrum of the jungle activity day and night. The new argentinian owner, Gonzalo, is fully dedicated to making this place an unforgettable experience for everyone. I especially appreciated all the eco-friendly touches he added to the main building. He is very consciencious and knows Costa Rica inside out. And If you don't usually like bunk beds, give this a try: the high wooden roof make the rooms feel very spacious, and the upper bunk is next to the windows screen and the jungle outside, with a net, privacy curtain, reading light and fan. Top confort. The general vibes of the hostel were chill, and guests were all happy to extend their stay. As a plus, the best grocery store in the region is just down the road.

Personally cooked and juiced by our host who took great care in ensuring that it was all as we ordered and delicious. It was wholesome enough to last us until the evening, so we could have a full day having fun without a need for lunch.

Primo and his family are lovely people and were very helpful to make our trip a very nice stay for us as family with two teenage daughters. It's a place where you can enjoy the quietness in the middle of the beautiful nature. A nice breakfast, great excursions with Angelo as local guide, ....

The air-conditioned units have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an oven, coffee machine, and a toaster. At the bed and breakfast, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. This property was one of the best we have stayed in! The owners were super helpful and friendly, the place itself was very cosy, clean, quiet and serene. They had a very lovely dog called Luna who loved a tummy rub! The place is small and there are 3 cabins in total. This made it social in a nice way and we chatted to the other guests and it was just a really nice and calm place to be. The nature surrounding the property was lovely too! There was also a well equipped kitchen (we cooked in twice) and unlimited drinking water which was a nice touch. The rooms were very clean, cosy and they had really good air-con (which was needed as it was very hot when we stayed!)

The facilities are very nice and clean. The location is great for families.

We stayed for 4 nights! Clean and beautiful, the host is very nice, we stayed in room number 1 and it was great to be on 1st floor. There is laundry service included which was very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped and the pool is amazing! Safe parking place inside the house, in a walk distance from the town! Highly recommended!

For most of the night a very active firefly flew around the roof of our tent (outside the mosquito netting) which gave a very romantic feel to our stay :)
