This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. The accommodation is in a very quiet and pleasant area, but still close to everything. It’s easy to reach, and the ocean is just a short walk away. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to break down our drive and looked for a place to stay with our kids for one night and booked a night here last minute. The moment we arrived we couldn't believe our luck. The place is amazing, every small detail thought about. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are so nice, beds were so comfortable. The only noise is the birds, such a relaxing place. There is a restaurant right outside the property but we didn't eat there, and the pool seems great though we didn't try it because it was raining so hard. still the rain didn't bother us to appreciate the beauty of the place. The hostess was so kind and welcoming, she prepared us a magnificent breakfast, we would definitely recommend.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Tortuguero, near Tortuguero Beach, Cabinas Tortuguero Sports Fishing features free WiFi, a private beach area and a garden. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We loved the place, the people and the environment. Really nice family, very kind, attentive and helpful. We wouldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Really recommendable!!

Julien, the host, has a pure heart full of love for flora, fauna and is a great example of living a pura vida. He gave us best advices of the area, showed us around the property and village. Casa Mambo is very cozy, comfortable and really close to the beach. Breakfasts there were super delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer. Once we get back to CR, we will definately go to Casa Mambo.

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. The hosts are very nice. It is located from a 10-minute boat ride to the center of Tortugero, but they are also arranging the transfers thereto. We went to a morning boat tour with the host in Tortugero National Park and it was the best experience - he is very knowledgable, and have very good eyes to spot even the smallest animals.

Sightseeing tours are available within a reachable distance. Kids pool is also available at the bed and breakfast, while guests can also relax in the garden. We loved the location because it was quiet at night, only a 10 minute walk into town, and we felt very safe walking even at night. The parking area is enclosed so the car was secure. Nadia was a really wonderful host - very kind, gracious and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The room had its own mini-refrigerator plus we had access to a full outdoor kitchen, well-stocked with cooking supplies. We just loved lounging on our private balcony and at the shaded pool. The best part was that Black Bamboo provided free unlimited filtered water to drink and morning coffee. After traveling through Costa Rica and seeing how expensive things are (including water), we really appreciated being able to fill our water bottles there. Overall, this was a terrific experience and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We just stayed for one night while traveling but we would have stayed longer had we known the place before! Klaus is an amazingly friendly host. He took a lot of time to show us the property, served excellent breakfast and offered dinner and was all around pleasant. The guest house is well built and comfortable. There is a lot of forest in the area that you can probably go hiking in (we haven't tried given the brevity of our stay).
