Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern.
The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast.
Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

The location was very convenient, right by the train station, a nice restaurant and 10 mins walk to the lake. Room was spacious, comfortable and has a balcony with a nice view. It was super quiet staying here and the quality of everything was top standard including a separate toilet to the shower, nice breakfast and the fact my mum’s ear got infected and the staff gave us some antiseptic spray. My mum and I both really enjoyed staying here, have recommended to our friends and are planning to come back in the near future

boutique bed and breakfast guesthouse. despite sharing toilet it very clean and felt like home away from home.
Patrick and wife gave us a warm welcome despite late check in. we have good breakfast , not fancy but very good to cut to saving in this expensive country.
