The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The room they gave us was beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with heart and character. Guest house was amazing no doubt about it, but what was most satisfying was the host( Cathrine) she was amazing. From start go when she met us and her instructions in terms of navigating Interlaken and doing everything to keep us comfortable added a lot towards our overall experience being in Interlaken.
