With at least 28 m² in size, the rooms at BnB Chalet Gafri are very spacious. They come with elegant stone floors with underfloor heating, a seating area, a safe and a refrigerator. Each unit also have a private bathroom with a shower and provided with a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. The room and bathroom was clean and had all the things we needed. Fritz and Gabi were also very nice and gave us good suggestions on what to do around Interlaken.

My room offered a balcony, and I can't recommend enough savoring a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking panorama. The staff at Hotel Interlaken deserve special commendation. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made my stay truly exceptional. From the front desk staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure that every need was met and every request was promptly attended to. Their knowledge about the area and recommendations for local activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip.

Getting to the hotel was very easy, and the self check-in process was simple and clear. Free parking right next to the building was super convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — only about 20 minutes from Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money.
