Sabrina welcomed us very warmly. We did not have any problem with check in. There are many brochures about things to do in the area. There was a kitchen for common use in the facility. Offering modern, tastefully styled rooms in a traditional chalet, this BnB can be found 300 metres from the Wilderswil-Dorf bus stop. This place is run by a lovely couple who are genuinely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The room they gave us was beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with heart and character. Marcel was so welcoming and came to talk to us every breakfast, he provided me with gluten free bread every day and gave us lots of tips for our travels. He was very sweet and helpful. The scenes from the house were breathtaking and the location was perfect as it was about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bathroom was not in the room but was no issue whatsoever as we were on a floor that no one was on. I would love to stay at another property of Marcel’s again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and comfortable stay in Switzerland.
