Before arrival, the receptionist (Jeff) was very responsive and friendly. Upon arrival he gave me a free upgrade on the room. Room was very clean and spacious. Building is cozy and charming. It is conveniently located near restaurants, old town and attractions. Wifi was high speed. When I wanted to leave the cleaning ladies (Zoya and Tonka) called a taxi for me. Taxi didn't take card, and I had no cash. They even gave me cash to pay for my taxi! Without charging my credit card!! If I visit Plovdiv again, I will stay here for sure.

The space was perfect for 2 and the decoration was really cute. Rosi was adorable!! Gave us clear instructions to get there and to the parking lot, and we were lucky to meet her when we were checking out! Location is perfect, in Kapana district, the studio was super quiet and comfortable. Thank you Rosi!!!

Easy check in. The breakfast choices were tasty but limited. The building is on a lovely square just steps from the old town, shopping, restaurants and a grocery store.
