We loved our stay at Petar's House. It is the second time that me and my friends go there, and I will definitely come back! Petar and Pepi are very nice and acommodating, they were available to answer all of our questions and we really appreciated that. We also loved the option of serving breakfast on-property, at the time of our choice and very cheap and tasty. Not having a car, Petar also helped take us to the slopes in the morning with his van, so the relative distance to the Gondola (15-20 minutes by foot) did not make a difference - we were still among the first ones in queue, which really helped with reducing our waiting time. The property is nice and picturesque, and we were not cold during the night. We also found the mini-fridge in the room very useful. Thank you Petar and Pepi for a lovely stay, we wish to come back very soon!

Amazing family property with the kindest Bulgarian family running the place, they have a restaurant right next to the pool with the greatest soup I have ever had… belly soup(get it you won’t regret it)

I stayed there for a month. great location - quite street, there is a grocery shop and a supermarket nearby, and it's only 7-10 min walk from the center (Pirin st.). The place has 2 very comfortable and well equipped kitchen and dining place, the rooms and the public places are very clean and pleasant. It shows that the place is well kept and well managed by the nice and kind family who lives there. It is really a great guest house, I enjoyed my staying there.

The double room has such a wonderful decoration, like a 5-star traditional hotel room. The interior garden is so much beautiful!!! The whole experience for two separate nights was excellent. The old town is 5-10min walk away. Large supermarket 5min away. Easy to access to everything. The studio flat is clean, bright, spacious. If you don’t book a flat, there’s a little shared kitchen and free coffee machine at the basement. Liked the shower with stable hot water and good pressure. Easy communication with host. I felt very comfortable during my stay.
