The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. We were biking along the Vennbahn and the location was just off the trail and easy to get to. Isa was welcoming and very friendly. Check-in was easy and we were able to come and go as needed. Breakfast was fantastic and had everything we wanted for the morning.

It was very spacious, good facilities, light-filled and quiet. Our host was charming and very helpful with both walking maps and places to eat. We had a car, so we could easily get to the places we wanted to go. As we like to walk, there are good walking tracks from nearby villages. The local town of Malmedy is very pretty and has a cultural centre, the Malmundarium, which has some interesting exhibitions on the town’s history (especially good for if it is raining!)
