Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island is a boutique, adults-only (12+ years) luxury retreat. The 250-acre coastal estate offers stunning ocean views, wildlife and a pristine, secluded beach. Beautiful and peaceful place, far from the crowds - perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The staff were caring and genuinely dedicated, the food was delicious, and the views were absolutely stunning. We even had kangaroos right outside our window! The only downsides were that the room felt a bit worn and the bathroom was quite cold due to the lack of heating. Overall, a wonderful stay for anyone who values nature, quiet, and friendly service.

We enjoyed the breakfast recommendations that the host had given. It was absolutely delicious. We decided to have dinner at the hotel at the last minute, the chef manage to accommodate our request and the wagyu for the night was divine. We could not stop raving about it, especially the Asian Fusion shallot infused sauce. Yums! The host were really thoughtful. They catered for the needs of our little one. Our little one had a great experience at the property!

Wedgetaildown is an extraordinary destination. The accommodation may be the best VRBO/AirBnB we have ever stayed in. It is a perfect size for one or two people. The unit is lovely inside, with very comfortable furniture and beautiful artwork, and with huge windows looking out over the wild property. The unit is perfectly appointed and supplied. Although it attached to the main house, you wouldn't know it as the rammed-earth walls prevent any noise transmission, as well as keeping the room cool in summer. We found the kitchen to be well designed, and it had everything that we could want, including a delicious basket of breakfast food. The shower was delightful, and there was a washing machine, which came in very handy!
