I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. One of the best things about it is the location – very well-connected and convenient, with easy and quick access to all the main attractions in the city. The public transportation nearby made getting around super simple. Check-in was completely hassle-free, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. We had a one night stopover before heading out of Austria and this was a lovely place to stay. A little out of the main city but suited us for the night. Is would have stayed there and travelled in to the city as it was so peaceful and relaxing. The hostess was lovely and the breakfast was amazing.

Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. Very clean room, supplied with everything you really need. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is exceptional.

A wonderful place to stay, and fantastic communication from Karl. The high ceilings and the big space made the room feel almost meditative, and going into the lovely bathroom every morning I almost thought I was still dreaming. We wished we'd been able to stay longer – both to see more of Vienna and to meet Karl in person. Unfortunately, we missed each other because of our timings but we hope to come back and set that right!
