Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Everything was perfect! Wiener Gäste Zimmer is located in Vienna’s 10th district, in the building of a traditional Viennese vinegar and beer brewery and oil press. From walking in the door and being greeted by Danielle and Herman we knew that we had made the right choice . If you want something a bit different this is the place for you. Nothing corporate here ! You have the personal touch from Daniella and Maria who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and rwlaxed .Enjoyed the food and drink on offer most of which was home made 🙂.The room was a one off.Different ,quirky and comfy. The bed is the best I've ever slept in ! The room was obviously designed with love . No TV but that added to the atmosphere . We felt so relaxed and slept very well. 10 -15 mun walk from the main station and 5 mins walk to a main tram station which took us everywhere we needed to be.Couple of bars and lots of shops near the tram station. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave .We would definitely stay again if back in Vienna

Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. The location of the guesthouse cannot be beat, especially if you are staying for the Christmas Markets. There is one just outside the door- and most of the others are within a 5-minute walk from the guesthouse. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast is really great with varieties of olives, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurts, fruits, etc. The staff were lovely.

It is exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge.
