The staff are super courteous and helpful - they helped us with the baggage, and answered all our questions. One of the friendliest staff I've ever met around the world. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Belgrade, quite literally a stone's throw away from the Knez Mihailova pedestrian street - with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Supermarket is 1-minute walk away. The place is very close to the Kalemegdan park. We stayed in a small studio. It is well-equipped - with super comfy bed, spacious bathroom, fridge, safe locker, coffee maker, tap, stovetop, kitchen utensils etc. It was nearly 40 degrees heat in Belgrade and the AC in the room did an amazing job to make our stay comfortable. We booked the airport transfer both ways, which was also very much worth the price. The drivers helped us with the luggage, and the air-conditioned luxury Mercedes was very comfy. The hotel is located on the pedestrian street - so we were greeted by a staff member at a drop off point 5-minute walk away, who helped us with the luggage and guided us to the hotel. It was very hot on the day of the check out, and the gentleman at the reception gave us 2 bottles of cold water for our trip to the airport. Even small gestures like this can warm your heart and make your stay a lot nicer. So, overall, I absolutely recommend this place.

Sre and Martin did whatever they can to make our staying great. They have all the needed equipment and amenities needed for cyclists. and Martin proved to be very well technician and helped us with minor bicycle stuff. the location is perfect along the Danube bike trail.
