Brand new, spotless and high quality! The hosts were so kind and caring, they gave my wife cream for her shoulder, when it was sunburnt. We had some tasty homemade strawberry preserve for breakfast. The location is perfect gor the old town too - lots of good bars and restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The parking was tight on the road but the host expertly guided me to turn around etc.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Serenity, the location is perfect for exploring the south of Albania, is nicely quiet and the view down onto the valley is amazing. The rooms and facilities are spacious, modern, nicely finished and spotlessly clean. But what made our stay so lovely was the incredibly welcoming and friendly attitude of the family that runs this hotel. We actually felt like we were appreciated as guests and everyone tried to make us feel like we were at home. If you need help, recommendations or basically anything the hosts are more than happy to help and are available all the time. We highly recommend getting breakfast too, for at least a couple of times during the stay, it was fresh, plentiful and delicious! If we ever travel to the south of Albania again, we know where we'd stay again.
