Lovely place to stay in the centre of Philadelphia, rooms are very spacious and clean. Only a short walk to the center of town and plenty of Citi bikes around to rent. Free parking was also easy to get in the surrounding streets. Laundry room was very convenient for someone on a longer trip.

Really friendly staff and the room was way better than we expected. Shower was large and although the water pressure was not great it was good enough. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room plus a huge walk in closet.

This restored period home oozes charm. Each room is decorated in a different style. We had the Art deco room on the top floor which was very comfortable. The location is also good and the shops and cafes on State Street are a short walk away. The biggest attraction is the hospitality of the hosts Z and Monika who go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is not to be missed.
