The location was great, only a few minutes' walk from TS. The staff at the reception were really nice, packed us our breakfast the day of departure. I liked the fact that the reception was 24/7 since we had to check out around 6 AM. Also, the room was exceptionally clean and nice, both the bathroom and bedroom were bigger than you usually get in NYC.
