We booked the stay for 3 days and it was the best stay of our life. Right before our trip started the host helped us to arrange our transfers at a very nominal rate to Avanos. When we arrived at the property, we were very hungry and she served us breakfast even though it was not included in the day. The host in general was very kind and helpful for us! She told us how to tour the valley so that we could do it ourselves and have even more fun! Much recommended and will come back again very soon!

A Dream Stay with the Warmest Hosts in Cappadocia Kemerli House in Avanos, Cappadocia, was truly a dream stay with the most warm-hearted hosts. We were extremely happy with our choice. They kindly arranged an early check-in at 6:00 a.m. and even came to fetch us from the terminal. From the very first welcome, we felt completely at home. The complimentary breakfast on early check-in touched us deeply. Madam Aneel and her family helped us book the best hot air balloon experience and the mixed group tour, which had always been our dream. When we asked Madam Aneel if dinner was possible, she made it a reality for us. She even took us for a lovely walk by the river and up to the local market. Madam Aneel’s husband ensured our comfort at every step, lighting the chimney fireplace and creating a warm and cozy atmosphere in the living room. The lady who prepared our breakfast and cleaned our room was also outstanding—kind, attentive, and professional. For us, it truly felt like a blessing from God to meet such beautiful souls. Beyond five stars should exist for people like them. Madam Aneel and her husband have exceptional knowledge and passion in running Kemerli House. Meeting the grandma and grandpa of kermerli house was also a blessing for our family. My family and children are deeply grateful. We will definitely come again—because of the hosts and Kemerli House. Everything ! It was an amazing stay. Beautiful room, with everything you may need. Extremely friendly staff, always here to help us with our needs. We were lucky to have them. Special mention to the breakfast cook, Hilal, who made a us delicious breakfast each morning with a big smile and christmas playlist. The hotel is situated right next to the village, in a quiet street close from a fresh bakery and nice coffee spots (Lemon's house and piccolo cafe). We definitely recommend this place !

Wonderful place! When we were looking for a hotel for our stay in Cappadocia, we had one main requirement: a view of the iconic rock formations, and we found exactly that here! But beyond that, we were truly surprised and grateful for the warm welcome we received. Tolga and Can are exceptional people: incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. We felt as if we were staying in a family home, and that made everything even more special. Fairy Tale is genuinely charming, just like a real fairy tale. The room was comfortable, very warm for the winter, spotless, and well-equipped. And the breakfast… absolutely wonderful! Everything was prepared with so much care, flavor, and a great variety. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! Tolga, thank you so much for everything — we enjoyed every minute of our time here in Cappadocia! 🇹🇷

We had an amazing stay at Naraca… Unal is a great host and he made sure our stay there was really comfortable… he also helped us with restaurants reservations, getting our balloon ride rescheduled due to bad weather , airport pick/drop up etc … he also got us connected with Mustafa who drove us around cappadocia. He was a great guide and really good with the kids …thanks Unal and Mustafa !

Staff is extremely friendly and kind! She helped us book transpiration and actives around the city! The Turkish breakfast is divine! The room is extremely beautiful and keeps you cool in the summer heat. You get a little balcony area that is more private, perfect for a night smoke or talk! As for the location, it is a bit far away from the main city but you can get a bus or taxi for very cheap, so the beauty of the house is totally worth it even with the distance.

I liked it very much!!! The hotel is located in a quiet location, but within a 5-minute walk you can reach the city center, cafes and shops. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, served with love by the hostess. Special thanks to her for the smiling welcome. It is clear that she loves her clients and tries very hard to make their vacation wonderful. Atmospheric place with positive energy.

Nazlim was an amazing host. The stay also had breathtaking views. Although a little far from the city centre there’s a very cheap bus nearby that takes you straight in and is much cheaper than the taxi. Nazlim helped set up a surprise of champagne and roses whilst I was proposing to my now fiancée on the hot air balloons. She also provided a great recommendation on where to eat some food, we walked there and when it started to rain Nazlim appeared and drove us right to the door.

The whole structure and the rooms are simply wonderful. Super clean, comfortable and in great location in the nice city of Avanos, just 10 minutes walk to the city center (the street upon the house that goes along the cemetery is really nice). Nazlim, the host, is very helpful, kind and speaks amazing English. She will do everything to make you feel at home. This quality, for this price, is simply unbelievable.
