A quintessential Thai guesthouse!❤️ A beautiful old wooden house, with a sweet little garden on the way to the reception, and then a few steps further and/or down - the bar/ restaurant space, directly at the river! Delicious breakfast (with options to choose from), good cocktails. The room is pretty and functional, the bed and the balcony enormous, and the river view is sweet, too. The upstairs is a no-shoe zone. Oh, and the staff is kind, friendly and informative.

Everything was perfect for me, and next time I visit Lampang, I will stay at JIRA, for sure. If you prefer to stay out of big cities and you have your own wheels, you will appreciate JIRA. 6-7 km from Lampang city center, it is a bargain at 450 baht/night.

The room was huge, with a stunning view over Lampang and the mountains. Every sunset and sunrise was spectacular, we were lucky to see several of them. The wi-fi was good, the shower was nice, and the armchair was comfy. Close to the night market, just over the footbridge. The bed was so big and comfy, we slept amazing.

The location is great. Center Lampang and easy access from the highway. The staff are welcoming, waiting for us late into the evening. The check in was a breeze and the receptionist spoke very good English. We ordered breakfast for the next day and it came out in good order at 7am. Very comfortable beds and aircon worked the entire time. Very clean room and the beer from the on site restaurant was the best I’ve had in Thailand. Icy cold and super friendly staff. Everything is super clean and spacious. Perfect for a young family of 4.

The house was beautiful- quaint with white walls and homely decor. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. It was near local attractions and the night market. We enjoyed sitting in the mature gardens.
