We can honestly say that we've had the best time here; Franco is one of a kind, so generous and thoughtful of every little detail. The property is lovely, thought-through, the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed! We truly felt at home here and Franco looked after us really well. A nice and cozy place, very clean. The kitchenette has everything you need. The host is very nice and communication with the host is very easy. Situated in a quiet area, within walking distance from shops and restaurants and about 30 min walk to city center.

The location absolutely amazing. Room, Food, staff 100**. Manager Diana, the reception girls, the Chef Diana, the cleaning girl who run after me because I left behind a pair of socks absolutely amazing. This is how you want to be treated! It is ashame that I meet a large group of people ( guests) who disregarded the rules, treated that gem of place with lack of common sense ( putting cigarette off on that lovely pavement, no respect for other guests , swimming in the pool with clothes on and so on) Common sense should be learned at home. Otherwise Complex Butoaiele is a place of relaxation: with 2 pools - one heated and with salty water and one cold, 2 jacuzzi and 1 sauna. If you go there try Gulas soup and tripe soup. Did I mention the huge portions of food? You have everything you need in order to relax and enjoy the nature.
