We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pensiunea Ideal in Baia Mare, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. The guesthouse's central location, just a short walk from the old town, made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The large bed and exceptional bathroom facilities added to the overall comfort. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. Additionally, the on-site free parking was a convenient perk, especially for travelers with vehicles. I've liked the hospitality of the staff and also the food that they cooked for us. Also, the hotel is located in a quiet area, near the forest. The breakfast was freshly cooked and they provided tea and coffee.

Location is good, 10 minutes walking to the city center. They offer parking, the breakfast is delicious and varied. Rooms are nice, heating works great, bathroom is ok. The best thing about it all was the bed, the bed is sooo super comfortable, I can’t even explain. Best sleep i had in a long while.

The breakfast was amazing and affordable. The rooms were nice and a good size. The staff was amazing and pleasant. The kids area was nice. The owner created a pool for our kids due the pool closure for renovations.
