The room was very clean. We had a balcony with a nice view, table with two chairs, and a lounger. The hotel has an elevator. There is a designated smoking area for smokers. We didn't really watch TV but did notice it had Netflix and other choices. Bed was comfortable, plenty of covers, towels, toiletries.

Clean and well organized and equipped studio in a quiet residential, close to bus stops and restaurants. Heater and dehumidifier in room, communal kitchen and TV, very affectionate neighbourhood cat!
