Very comfortable room, clean, proper sanitary. The food was excellent and the hosts are superb. They provide lots of information about the area. They are even willing to give you a tour. Very friendly and their English is fluent.

Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

The room was very nice and super clean and has comfy bed. Good cable TV for entertainment. The place was really well maintained and we had no problem with parking our car. Very accessible to everything. Great place and this will be one of our many favorite places to stay when in Tagaytay.

Before we arrived we received an email explaining that all bathrooms were individual to each room but they were downstairs. This concerned me but as the only guests this turned out ok. The property is very cosy and welcoming and the family and staff were attentive and helpful. The rabbits loose in the garden were fun and the pool pristine. Breakfast and dinner were delicious home cooked meals. Well recommended if you want to experience true Philippine hospitality.

Location and all staff members were awesome. Had an issue with the AC … moved rooms right away. Missed 2 days due to the Typhoon.., was offered to stay 2 more days ( unfortunately could not stay due to other commitments). Great service for this little hotel
