The staff were great, always ready to help, and nothing was too much to ask. The location was a short walk from the beach, town, and ferry, so it was away from all the noise whilst being close enough to all the attractions.

The hostel owner guided me, and she's very accommodating in all my inquiries. I got clear directions on how to get there, and the best thing that I like is the owner upgraded my room accommodation without extra charges. The place is so peaceful during the night, away from noises. The location is very close to cheap restaurants, and atm machine is accessible, which is just 2 blocks walking distance, with 2 ATM machines to choose. Two hundred meters away, you'll find the Kota Beach. The location is near from the seaport about 5 minutes via tricycle with a fare of Php30.00. Tell the driver to drop you at the Goldilocks. So far, in Bantayan Island rates, I got the cheapest rate for my hostel accommodation. Thank you to the caretaker who's very friendly

The view is great from the balcony if you choose seaview rooms, the territory is secured and locked at night with guard present 24/7 if that is important to you. The AC was nice and relatively quiet, not the cheap and noisy one as in most places there. The bed was good.
