During our brief stay in Bacnotan, La Union on the week of 5 March 2025, we were fortunate enough to find housing at BENEDICERE bed & breakfast From the moment we parked our car inside their housing lot up to the time we left a few days later, the hospitality and the personal attention of both Ms Theresa and her husband, Mr Armando and all their assistants has been beyond expectations Everything in that place is arranged with great attention to details and with a keen sense of practicality As such, you have a residence that’s fully functional, providing great comfort and utmost satisfaction The food is simply of 5 star standard or even better. Each dish prepared with so much care and served with delicate arrangements that will make you feel like as a very special guest The whole experience was simply amazing, leaving us with a deep sense of appreciation for the beautiful place they have created To anyone looking not just for bed and breakfast but for proper hospitality, where you are treated like a guest of honor, then BENEDICERE is the place to be at And directly to you, Armando & Theresa, you are a wonderful couple doing a wonderful thing Wishing you good health, success and prosperity. I had a nice time here as fortunately I was the only one staying during my booking, so was able to use the communal area all to myself and made it feel like an apartment rental. It’s a two room rent, within a communal kitchen /bathroom area so would be like renting a small flat with strangers if other room was booked. The place tries to be modern in its choice of facets such as concrete worktop etc but it’s all a little dated and rough round the edges so looks better in pictures. Positives were drinking water is available, kitchen and utensils to cook etc and owner was good communicator throughout. Very close to the beach which was glorious, but certainly not on the beach. My bedding was clean but the bathroom could use some fixing up as the toilet was leaking into the shower area.

I arrived and the place is locked and I was told the booing will not be honored. There were very free other places to go and the place I did find was not good. I would not recommend this owner as they don’t honor their bookings.
