A truly amazing view of the island and motus in front, the sunrises were beautiful. Sandrine and Laurent are amazing hosts, we would have loved to have more time to enjoy the shared pool and simply the view a bit more. It is an unpaved road from the route to the house, but without luggage easily walkable (some 10 min down to the route) and the hosts take you to and from the port/airport, so you'd need a car only if you plan to move very frequently in and out of the accommodation

This was easily my favourite accomodation in Polynesia. Lovely hosts, great view, breakfast with fresh fruit and banana bread and spacious beautiful rooms.

Think of Teavapiti Lodge as a typical Airbnb/homestay - not as the Conrad Bora Bora which a lot of sour reviews have seemingly expected. The host was incredibly helpful in making my quick trip to Raiatea a good one, not only offering great local recommendations but also organising a rental car for the day, last minute, and prearranging a taxi for my arrival into Raiatea. The room and bathroom were fantastic, clean and comfortable. You have to cross a shared hallway to reach the bathroom, but who cares? You're staying in an excellent location with a great host and some adorable dogs. Overall, great value for money and I really enjoyed my time in Raiatea. I'd love to come back and stay here again when I return to this beautiful part of the world!

Very pleasant house stay with a very sweet couple. You get a big room with tv, bathroom, fridge and terrace all to yourself. Shared kitchen and the owners are very accommodating and helpful. Good value for money!

Our stay at Te Fare Manulani was wonderful. The setting is beautiful in a lush valley, surrounded by trees. The house was perfect for our family of 6 - it was impeccably clean, the kitchen was stocked with coffee etc, the beds were comfortable and the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying here while on Raiatea.

Bruno was absolutely fantastic. Such a happy and welcoming host. He drove me to the shop as soon as I arrived since I had to buy some food before it closed. The excursion he organised of the lagoon is the best one I have done in French Polynesia. The bed is also the best I had slept in during my month-long trip. The kitchen is big, clean and has all necessary instruments for cooking.

My stay with Anouk was truly delightful. She welcomed me into her own home and made every effort to ensure that my time in Raiatea was as enjoyable as possible.
