Everything met or (mostly) exceeded our expectations. This property certainly deserves the great ratings it gets. The hosts are very friendly and the property is immaculately presented. Great views and excellent breakfast. We could not have asked for more. We plan on returning.

Wow I can’t say enough positive things about this place! The hosts were lovely - very accommodating and great communication. The apartment itself was warm and cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. And the location was outstanding….VERY short walk to gardens and cable car and so handy to everything Wellington has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

We loved Lynn (the host), the breakfast and Lynn's beautiful home in Wellington. Lynn was welcoming and so helpful with every aspect of our trip. Her home is beautiful, clean, full of artworks and well located. It's a short bus trip to the centre of Wellington and an easy drive to the Weta Workshop. I have been telling everyone to stay at Lynn's if they ever go to Wellington. I was travelling with my grown up son and it was great to have two separate rooms. It is the best bnb I have ever stayed at. Thanks Lynn for a wonderful stay. We really wish we could have stayed another night.

What an incredible stay! The room was excellent, with exceptional amenities. I never expected to be so comfortable during my Wellington trip. The washroom and kitchen were very neat and tidy, which is always a concern for me, but this stay exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. I will definitely return if I visit Wellington again. Hosts Rico and Jay should be considered super hosts; they were readily available via text and took our small suggestions seriously. Superb! Couldn't use the front deck because we were in a rush. It's an awesome deck for a morning coffee. Only street Parking but its safe and Handy. Thanks Rico And Jay for hosting us and really appreciated your call after the check-out to express your regards.

Very comfortable and esthetic bedroom and remaining rooms in the house. This is not an impersonal hotel but a taste of Victorian villa in beautiful Wellington near a park. Very hospitable and supportive hosts. Very good quality homemade breakfast.

The apartment's location is perfect: easy to park the car in the street, John gives a ticket for that. After a little walk, you are in the city center. The apartment is large and the bathroom too. It was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfasts were generous. Many thanks to John the owner for his kindness 👍. We highly recommend this accommodation!
