Thank you so much Alyson & Tim for such a magical stay. This sweet little bed & breakfast was beautifully positioned on such an idyllic farm with an incredible backdrop to gaze out upon. The bed was super comfortable, and bathroom facilities perfect. Beautiful short car ride to both Hobbiton, Wairere Falls and into the MataMata township. We’ll most certainly be back. Thank you xx

It's lovely home, clean and tidy, location perfect, walking 5minutes to hot springs, 7 minutes driving to city center, beds very comfortable, shower aweome and georgeous views in a golf course. Ken is very friendly and gives lots of good suggestions. Excellent experience in living here.

A very well run and thoughtfully designed studio. The room is private, large, comfortable, has a lot of amenities (Nespresso machine, kitchenette, breakfast cereal, fresh milk, large shower,comfy robes etc). There is great attention to design and it looks like something you’d see in a best home magazine. Lovely views. The hosts are warm and helpful.

Lovely annexe with nice decoration details that make us feel welcome. It has a private place to park the car and it is 15 minutes away from the hobbiton movie set, in a calm and nice neigbourhood. Easy communication by booking chat with the host. We recommend!

Second stay here as lovely as the first. Mia and Michael are so welcoming, the studio is beautiful, clean and comfy and the breakfast is spot on. Didn't get to do my archery practice but that was entirely the weather's fault!

This is a great stay with great hosts! The description is 100% correct only a 12 minute drive to Hobbiton. The amenities were perfect nice hot shower and comfortable bed. There was even a beautiful hand written welcome note.

The room was quiet and we were meant with so much food which we both appreciated. Cheri was super friendly, she showed us everything and even pointed us to a nice spot in town to have some lunch.
