I chose this place because it had a sauna - hadn't realised we would have a whole apartment, with private sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a pretty garden to sit out in. It's 1km or so from the centre of Zutphen, which was easy on our bikes, and nice and quiet in the evenings. We shopped at nearby supermarkets and made our own breakfasts and dinners. Very nice hosts, and one-off decor!

B&B 'Hemels' has a more than lovely atmosphere, a great vibe and a peaceful, lush view overlooking water. Communication with Betty felt like a summer breeze. Her effort to make you feel at home knows no boundaries, all bathed in genuine kindness. She elevated my stay to something unforgettable and definitely worth repeating. If I were to colour my stay, it would be sparkling gold.

The staff was very friendly. We were greeted immediately and offered coffee or hot tea with little cookie☺️ Complimentary small bottle of wine and jar of tasty nut snack. Breakfast was very tasty variety of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits and eggs.

Much has already been said about the exceptionally lovingly arranged breakfast - and yes, ist's true and exceeds all expectations! Nothing is lacking at Huisje aan 't Hof! A super comfortable and very high-quality double bed in a cozy bedroom with plenty of storage and excellent blackout options. A modern bathroom with a waterfall shower, lots of fluffy towels and a turbo hairdryer, plus a separate toilet. In the kitchen with a dining table and two chairs, you'll find a great capsule coffee machine (coffee/milk/sugar are complimentary!), a microwave, a small fridge, and cutlery/mugs/drinking glasses and dishes for two people. Everything has been thought of: from the nightlights in the socket, to dish soap and kitchen towels, high quality soaps and room fragrances. The greenery-surrounded seating area in front of the "Huisje" offers perfect privacy and a lovely view of well-kept flower beds. From there, you can directly access your own private parking space. The tastefull decor and furnishings reflect the attention to detail. The cosy atmosphere makes you forget the world around you. But one should definitely not miss a stroll through the enchanting village center of Bronkhorst - a little journey into a dollhouse from times gone by - simply picturesque! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and breads. The room was very comfortable, with a mini fridge, table, cutlery, dishware etc. Bike maps and travel brochures. Excellent view of the garden and windows that opened. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again 10/10.
