Our host Frank was wonderful very kind and helpful in every way. The property is stunning, the location is superb and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Travelling with a toddler, almost 2 year old can be challenging sometimes but Frank made us feel extremely comfortable and provided us with a comfortable cot and blankets for our child. The property is equipped with everything that you might need and it is very tastefully decorated, my husband as an architect really appreciated the details. I would totally recommend this place to stay wether you travel with a baby your partner or alone.

Very nice B&B on the outskirts of Amsterdam. If you want to be in Amsterdam and want to be away from the very busy centre for some quiet time and a good night sleep, this is the place to be. City half an hour by bus, or 15 minutes by car, nature reserve just around the corner. Super friendly hosts, nice breakfast. Could not be better

Franz was an excellent host. His attention to detail is incredible from my room to the delicious breakfast served with a warm welcome which was really lovely. Breakfast so good, with so many choices, it kept me going to early afternoon. Franz is a considerate host and makes a real effort to ensure you get the most from your trip. The metro close by which is great for access into city. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht during my visit to Amsterdam, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of all the main attractions, making exploring Amsterdam a breeze. Whether you're strolling along the picturesque canals, visiting world-class museums, or sampling delicious local cuisine, everything is conveniently close by. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the accommodation is incredibly easy to reach from the airport, allowing for a seamless transition into the city. The host warmly welcomed me and provided helpful tips and recommendations for my stay, ensuring I made the most of my time in Amsterdam. One of the highlights of my stay was the charming backdoor garden, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. With direct access from my room, I enjoyed relaxing in the garden with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the toilet not being en suite could be considered a minor inconvenience, the host went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Although the private toilet is located on the upper floor, the host graciously allowed access to another toilet on the same floor as the room during the night, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht was nothing short of delightful. From its prime location and friendly host to its charming garden oasis, it truly embodies the essence of Amsterdam's charm. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.

The studio apartment was a home from home ♥ and perfect for a solo female traveller like me as it was a safe location. The accommodation was so cosy, clean, nice, warm and spacious. The host was friendly, helpful and was kind to drop me to Noorderpark station (it's a 10 min walk and 2 stops away from Amsterdam Centraal station). The location is idyllic and easy to get to the city centre via the metro.

Evert was such a welcoming host! His place was perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The unit is beautiful and had a great view of the canal. The stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues it may not be the place for you. It’s an old canal house so the stairs are part of the charm! We also enjoyed talking to Evert and welcoming his 2 friendly cats. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
