A fully furnished and squeaky clean apartment that has some of the best amenities I have ever seen in a serviced apartment. Absolutely loved our stay here and wished it were longer. Close to the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This new condo is located on a quiet hill, and is only 2-3 km to the town centre. Safety is at its highest measure. Facilities are quite complete. The host Connie is very attentive and patiently guiding us via Whatsapp when we are still heading up to the hostel.

We booked this hotel room to leave our luggage when heading into the jungle and to have a shower on our return before our flight back to Kuala Lumpur. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for what we needed. The location was perfect, close to the airport and on the way to sepilok and sandakan town. We recommend this hotel as a base when arriving or departing from Sandakan.

Communication was great. We arrived late in evening and the team arranged for security to give us our key and quickly check us in. Room was clean and well prepared and organised. We had Pitta Lodge for a family of 5: 2 adults, teen and 2 kids aged 10 and 12 and this size was perfect as we had extra space to feel comfy. They have Aircon in rooms which makes it easier. Location is also great as is a short ride to main attractions. We took grab to the orangutan centre and paid 8 myr for a van. We only had the morning free and so I woke early to arrange laundry. Sarah was super helpful and managed to wash and dry our clothes before we checked out!! Amazing turnaround! If I went back to Sepilok I would stay here again and do the RDC.

Amazing guesthouse. Super clean. Great location, in a peaceful area and walking distance to Sepilok centre. Comfortable beds. The host also offers drinks and snacks to purchase on spot for a very cheap price. Love it!!!
