Amazing little paradise tucked in a peaceful area of bustling Tulum. Close to everything, right around the corner. The room was spacious and with cozy lighting, bed was super wide and comfortable. The garden is super beautiful with a nice pool - we spent one day just lounging in the garden next to the pool and felt so relaxed. The hosts are amazing and friendly people and will give you all the necessary and super detailed information for having the best time in Tulum. Absolute gem!! Will definitely stay in Zamunda again if we'll be back in the future :)

I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street. Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

The vibe of the hotel is fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, and you could meet people from all over the world. I was traveling myself, and it was very nice for me as I could meet people and do more activities. After breakfast, most of the guests go to the pool to get naked, chill a little, and then head to any excursion around. In the eves, pretty much the same naked hang out at the pool, and then most of the guests go down to the bar to get some booze.

The hotel is right in the middle of the hotel area and beach bar area. Our hosts were very helpful with finding the hotel and helping us with anything we needed. It felt very safe and secure with a 24hr doorman. There is a club which stays open till late with very loud music but with a set of earplugs we slept soundly. For a reasonably priced room in Tulum so you can experience all the beach clubs have to offer we would definitely recommend this place to stay!!! Room was lovely and big and clean with brilliant air con and a lovely, huge shower. we would definitely return!

Lovely property set back from the main road. Rustic cabins and 2 brick houses split into apartments. Nice pool, pretty and peaceful gardens. Really friendly staff, Tyler was super hospitable and helpful with knowledge of the local area. Good restaurants, pharmacy and shops nearby. Perfect place to stay to access local cenotes, Coba ruins etc. Francisco Uh May is so far untouched by the gentrification of Tulum but it won’t be long before that changes I’m sure.
