This was such a treat! I would give 11 out of 10 if I could. When we arrived to Mahibadhoo, we were greeted by entire Mohamed´s family, it was quite touching, kids gave us flowers and we felt very welcomed. The house is very well maintained, rooms are comfortable and nice. But the main jewel were the people that were taking care of us! They made our vacation very special and to be remembered. Our guide, Ayya, took us around island and provided us with understanding of life on the island. His sister prepared for us traditional food to taste. He also took us snorkeling around the island. We purchased an adventure trip to go swimming with shark, what a special event. Kids loved it! And the true pleasure was the food: we have 3 people preparing the food and it was the most delicious ever. Nicely decorated with great servis and always a big smile. When we were leaving, the guys took us to the port and waved us off. What a great experience. If you can, take the time to visit this place, it has a quality of resort with family environment and very personal touch. I can highly recommend for families, beach is nearby and the entire island is very peaceful and friendly.

We have been on two local islands - Omadhoo and Hangnmeedhoo. I found Omadhoo a better place to stay, and this guesthouse, too. The owner spoke very good English (rather unusual in Maldives) and was super helpful. His first words were: 'no worries, take your time'. And it came out to be very true - no worries we had! And we had a great time there! Some highlights: a very good breakfast, a good lunch (hint: do not expect too much on a tiny island in underdeveloped country, it is not a resort). The owner offered to rent us snorkelling equipment at no cost. He showed us the best snorkelling spots, the tourists beach, explained the water current, the local rules and customs (remember that you arrived to a very conservative muslim country), warned about the sun (do not underestimate the sun rays!) I described not only the hotel but some of the the island features as well, because in so small neighbourhood everything is connected.

Everything was amazing! I traveled with my 1.5 years old boy alone. The arrival was easy and I didn't have to wait much at airport. The check-in was simple and fast, with welcomed drink. The guesthouse is really clean, brand new, and feel like home. The bikini beach, rays feeding point , and shark points were walking distance from guesthouse. There is food option in the guesthouse and also couple of restaurants very close to it. We did fishing and snorkeling tour with them , very reasonable price compared to rest of the world and being in Maldives. They even looked after my little boy in the boat when I was snorkeling. That was really nice. They were extremely supportive and hospital, most importantly I felt so safe there. It felt better than resorts definitely when many people are looking after you and make sure you enjoy your stay to the best. Thank you and looking forward to return!

Amazing! Absolutely loved this hotel - best one we stayed at during our time in the maldives. Staff were super and always smiling, got a lovely welcome coconut too! The room was clean and modern, free snorkel gear and super close to the jetty where you can see sharks at night!

Very kind staff and manager, very friendly aleays eager to fulfill every wish you may have. Beautiful garden and house, well decorated, very clean, room is made up every day We went on a wonderful boat trip for snorkling with manta rays not only organized but accompanied by hotel staff, who made great underwater videos of this special moment Hope to come again - 100% recommended

We stayed at the Ocean Lilly Inn for a total of 3 nights, and we deeply regret not having stayed longer. It is an amazing accommodation on an incredible island. The hotel staff are the nicest we have encountered throughout our entire trip (5 local islands and a resort). From the moment we made the reservation until the day we left the island, they always helped us with everything. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and include everything you need and more. We traveled with our family (including two children aged 4 and 2), and they enjoyed it tremendously (there is also a great playground right next to the hotel). As I mentioned before, I want to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff, who made us feel at home at all times, and especially the quality of the hotel’s restaurant — the variety of buffet lunches/dinners is impressive (one of the best of our trip). The chefs are very talented. In terms of location, it is the closest hotel to Bikini Beach. Hagnaameedhoo is a beautiful island with great beaches, good snorkeling, and very friendly people. To sum up, our stay at the Ocean Lilly Inn was a 10; we wish we had spent more time there and we would go back without hesitation. Many heartfelt thanks to the whole Ocean Lilly Inn staff!!
