Great location, very helpful host, this beautiful Ryad met all the expectations. The host came out to the main gate to wait for us and take us to the Ryad and was extremely accommodating on our late arrival.

Fatima looked after us extremely well .The breakfast was superb, We were disappointed with the access to the sauna and the hot tub.It wasn’t a hot tub as the water was cold and no way of heating it and a two hour notice needed to be given to use the sauna by phone

The space was much bigger and more stylish than expected, so we had plenty of room, and access to different terraces and courtyard as well as internal seating area. We loved that the Riad was tucked away in the Medina. Ali, was amazing. He met us at the gates to the Medina and escorted us to the Riad, and then to a restaurant for dinner, and met us afterwards to guide us home. He was always available to help us and brought us breakfast. He was happy to act as our guide one day around the medina and helped us get a taxi and then a super taxi to get to Chefchaouen. Without him we would have been lost and hungry!

From the initial communication to the minute I left, I felt like a very welcomed member of the family not a guest! The son and mother team - Bader and Zora are amazing! They genuinely care that you are taken care of, feel at home, and have all you need. They go above and beyond to look after you and it was so appreciated. The riad is lovely, the place has thoughtful touches - room heater, hair dryer, rugs on the floor, side lamps for tables, it's the little things that make all the difference. Towels were spotless and fluffy, bedding pristine and when I got lost/locked out - they just help with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommened this riad and the family enough. Take breakfast at the fathers riad a few minutes away - he is just as lovely as his son and wife! The views from the breakfast area are incredible, the breakfast excellent value and the wifi strong enough for me to use for my work. Thanks for letting me do so! The building is beautiful and peaceful and it has an ancient water fountain which brings water from the mountains via ancient canals. The facilities are clean and the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. If you need anything at all - a towel, a blanket, a cup of tea, breakfast, tourism tips etc just ask and they will help you. The building has a terrace with views of the city and mountains and in the evening the staff serve drinks if you wish. It is a great place to meet people - other tourists, travellers and locals. Awesome place to stay on bikes. Secure parking, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great bar area and friendly English speaking staff. Very highly recommended.
