Amazing place. Peace and quiet, you can see a Buddhist stupa from the window. Wonderful cozy room with shower and toilet. On the second floor there is a very comfortable common lounge area for work or rest. Wonderful friendly owners. I highly recommend this place and I will gladly come back here!

Excellent, clean, spacious and helpful staff. The accommodation is in a local quiet neighbourhood but well connected by bus to and from central Colombo. The bus stop is a 7 to 10 minutes walk, the ATM cash machine is within minutes walk. I liked my stay and hopefully will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Nice big rooms with great hosts and cute puppy dogs. Very clean, quiet, and chilled atmosphere. The welcoming hosts, Sam and Steff, will take care of you extremely well. They cooked for us, we drank some beer together, put an extra bed for my brother in the room and will show you around the city, if you like.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. It's very comfortable, clean and friendly. The hospitality was so personal, they made us feel so special the whole time we were there. All our requests where met instantly. I also explained that it was my husband's birthday during our stay when we first arrived and they remembered this and provided us with a special breakfast including a birthday cake, which was really lovely. Thank you, especially to Dilshan, who was absolutely wonderful and Kasun for his support and welcome. In fact, the whole team were fantastic. Well done to all team at 55TG Boutique. 😊

So comfortable. Beautiful breakfast which was different every morning. Staff were wonderful and really took care of me. Away from the noise but close enough to get to everything via Tuk Tuk which can be booked by Uber app to save the haggling over price. Owner even organized for me to go to sports club to use the pool.

Great host. Really helpful in nature, peaceful location, a bit farther away from main attraction area of Colombo, a bike/scooter/tuk tuk/bus needed for commuting between Galle face, Pettah, Fort area. Great budget option. Really homestay like feeling, finally stayed there for more than one instances, the owner became a friend, still in connection with her. Without a word she agreed to keep our luggage when we were out of Colombo for further journey. Would like to repeat the same option of staying here.

Shiranthi is a lovely host. She gave us a lot of useful information and made us tea every morning. The location is a little outside of Colombo but reachable very easily and cheap by local bus. It felt like home for 3 nights. We would definitely recommend

My room at Shiranthi Guest House was very peaceful and was spacious and comfortable. Shops and transport were an easy walk away through a pretty neighbourhood, and the owner was particularly kind. This is a quiet, inexpensive, and convenient place to stay in Colombo.
