We spent two fantastic days with Dhammika and his beautiful family who made us feel so welcome. Nestled among the sprawling tea plantations on the edge of the reservoir, the villa was simple but very comfortable, with a lovely view of the rolling green hills. Throughout our stay, Dhammika was a massive help, even driving us to the foot of Adam’s Peak in his tuk tuk at 1:30am and then showing us the various waterfalls and tea factories. He was a fount of local knowledge, and the breakfasts and dinners prepared by his wife and mother-in-law were delicious! Thank you, Dhammika!

This has been one of our favourite places to stay! It was so clean and so comfortable. The location was great - It was walking distance from the train station (up a hill, but we didn't mind that - you could get a tuktuk otherwise), and town (literally a few min walk down the hill to the shops), and there was a great restaurant opposite too. There is a beautiful garden which has amazing views overlooking the hills - we loved sitting out and just chilling in the garden. The rooms were large, spotless and really comfortable. We slept very well. There's also free tea, coffee, biscuits and drinking water, and full use of the kitchen. The host was really helpful too - he put us in touch with a tuktuk driver so we could get to Adams peak to hike it for sunrise. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Amazing breakfast and dinner, and a beautiful view from the room and terrace! Highly recommend. Super friendly, generous and professional hosts. There is a gorgeous tea garden you can hike through behind the house and walk all the way down to the lake.

I had a very pleasant stay at B.Rose. The accommodation is about 7 minutes from the train station. I had everything I needed: an excellent breakfast, an even better dinner, a hot shower and a thick blanket for the slightly cooler temperatures. The hosts gave me wonderful advice about a tour to Adam's Peak in the off-season and activities in the surrounding area. They organised the excellent driver Ragu for me, with whom I spent two days travelling. I can highly recommend him and the accommodation.

We stayed there 2 nights and it was lovely. Owners were such a cute family and always smiling to us. Owners mother cooks delicious food and brings to you with open heart. Room was good and cozy, with hot water and air conditioner. Hotels location was perfect, buses to Adam's Peak or Hatton was right in front of it. Also owner was really helpfull. Highly recomended!

An amazing find. Spectacular location with incredible views over the valley. Hosts Kasun & Chathu were fabulous- went out of their way to help us with so many things. Amazing hospitality and Chathu a wonderful cook. The house and rooms are luxurious.
