The most fantastic place I’ve ever stayed in my life. The family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I arrived late and they collected me from Ella train station. I was welcomed with a delicious home cooked meal that was absolutely superb. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. From the balcony you can look across to little Adam’s peak and see the beautiful river running down through the garden. I’m writing this whilst drinking a coffee on the balcony after doing my best to finish the huge delicious breakfast prepared for me. The food is the best I’ve tasted in Sri Lanka. I only planned to stay 1 night but I have already extended to 4 nights 10/10 the best place in the world I have ever stayed👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This place is amazing! The cabin is new and clean. It had a great view (and privacy). Beds are good. The owner and staff are so nice, they do you everything to make you feel comfortable. They offer a free shuttle service to the village (even though it’s only a 10 minute walk). I really liked the breakfast as well!

Everything is brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom (with good water pressure and warm water), outside terrace. Breakfast was superb (and a lot!!). The host is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay a perfect experience. Location is great as well (10-15mins to Ella train station, close to the city center with many Restaurants and bars, nearby hikes to the Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adams Peak), just the final ascend to the accomodation is a bit steep (no problem though unless maybe you happen to have very much luggage).
